Shipping Destinations

We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately we do not currently ship there.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic Orders: Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked
• International Orders: Royal Mail International Tracked

Delivery Times

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-3 working days.
• International orders can take between 5-14 working days.
• As all items are made to order, order processing takes 3-5 working days, with up to 7 working days during busier periods.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
• Free delivery is available on UK orders over £40.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all orders. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, we offer either a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us promptly to arrange this.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Any customs or country-specific taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
• For shipments to the USA, duty tax is included in the postage price.
